Enrique came out to do a tune-up on my AC system and also installed my new Ecobee thermostat, and from start to finish he was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and incredibly helpful.

What really stood out to me was that he didn’t just come in, do the work, and leave. He actually took the time to listen to my concerns and explain how my system works.

He gave me suggestions on ways I could cool my home more efficiently, helped me understand how the returns work and why they’re important, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed.

I also mentioned that I had been thinking about adding mini splits to my home. Instead of immediately trying to sell me something, Enrique told me that we could definitely explore that option, that he would send me some information, and that he wanted to do some brainstorming to figure out what would make the most sense for my home. I really appreciated that approach.

Heating and air conditioning systems are a major investment, and when you’re making decisions like these, you want to work with someone who will educate you, explain your options, and help you make the right decision instead of simply trying to make a sale. Enrique did exactly that.
