“Overall expereince was good. There were some scheduling challenges but Carlos the owner stepped in and assigned our technician "Miguel". Miguel communicated very promptly, he came to our home, diagnosed the problem, then drove to get to the supplier to get our parts. He came back the next day and installed the parts and got our AC up & running again. Kudos to Miguel, Carlos and the A Plus services team.
