“Experienced problems with heating unit cycling on at appropriate temperature settings. Service tech Felipe arrived before 8:30 a.m. after appointment was set on previous day. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable; checked out rooftop unit, and interior thermostat. Thermostat was fairly loose on the wall, so Felipe remounted and reconnected the thermostat. Finding an honest HVAC tech is priceless and Scott is an absolute rarity in today's HVAC world full of salesman pretending to be techs.You're not going to be told "time to buy everything new" like a large portion of HVAC companies do because Scott is onboard with actually fixing the issues and taking care of his customers. What this means for consumers like me is when I need a new capacitor I don't get told I need to buy a new HVAC system for $17,000.
