I have the twice a year maintenance with Essentra. Giovanni made sure my air conditioner was working to the best of its potential, fixed a rattling sound, helped me remember what way to place my filter if I need to change it and answered my questions. Made my life easier, he’s the best. If you call, Ember is so sweet and helpful over the phone. Essentra has everything organized and setup for the ease of their customers. From the text with the name/photo of the technician letting you know they are on their way, an app to make your own appointments and a super easy payment process. Everything is customer friendly and very personable; no stress and no surprises. Truly a unicorn company 🫶🏼
Incredible customer service!
They put in the AC system and we had problems because of the way the condo floors were built. Amazingly the company came back several months later and so graciously fixed the problem, without charging me. The whole group of employees is so polite and easy to work with, it’s an experience with no stress involved.
