He gave me suggestions on ways I could cool my home more efficiently, helped me understand how the returns work and why they’re important, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed.

Instead of immediately trying to sell me something, Enrique told me that we could definitely explore that option, that he would send me some information, and that he wanted to do some brainstorming to figure out what would make the most sense for my home.
