This review is specifically to call out Maria Rodriguez (Customer Service Specialist) at Semper Solaris. I want to acknowledge her for the exceptional support in solving a delay with my project simply by listening to the issue, zeroing in on the obstacle and giving me an answer and actionable advice to get past it. I think all front-line customer support team members could learn something from Maria to improve customer relationships, enhance customer experience and create positive opinions about Semper Solaris. I hope this gets to her management team because she deserves a glowing annual review and a nice raise!
