“TNT is outstanding! This was a GREAT experience. My regular plumber was out of town, but he very strongly suggested Tim at TNT Rooter/Plumbing. It was late in the day on Friday and Christine gave me the next available appointment. She was very kind and professional on the phone. Today Tim called to confirm with me and was punctual. Tim arrived with his "sidekick" Christine, and they were a dynamic team. I had a sink stoppage and Tim explained the least expensive and most efficient method of clearing the stoppage. He mentioned that if this method was not effective, it would cost a bit more. Very quickly Tim was able to clear the stoppage. This was good for me. As Tim was under the sink, he detected a leak, and said that he would need to replace a "broken" nut at the top of the kitchen sink trap. I didn't know what he meant, so he showed me what it was and he carried this part in his truck. Ten minutes later, everything was replaced, and the sink was draining and not a drip under the sink. Tim then told me what to do to ensure that I would probably not have a similar "sink stoppage" for years. Christine then "blessed" me with the invoice that had an unbelievably low price for this service call. I was truly amazed. Thanks so much, Tim and Christine.“

“My wife and I have been using trenchless sewer plumbing company for some time now, we have been very pleased with there professionalism, cleanliness, and fair prices and 3 weeks ago was no different we noticed a foul smell and part of the lawn raised higher than the rest of the yard right away we called Gonzalo and they came out and ran there sewer camera they showed us the cause of the problem and how bad our sewer pipes were they recommended a pipe burst method and after they thoroughly explaining to us what that was they gave us a quote we were pleased with the quote and we proceeded to move forward with the job, the next day his crew was here on time , taking the proper measures to ensure our peace of mind, by the time we realized there was two holes dug up and a hydraulic system bursting the old pipe and putting in the new pipe , a little after lunch they were washing our driveway making sure everything was put back the way we had it, my wife and I are so pleased with these guys we recommended them to all of our neighbors. “I called out 4 other plumbing companies for a leak in my yard, and none of them could figure out where it was, my water bill was through the roof! A family friend told me about New Image Plumbing, so I called and was met with MR PIERRE , not only did he find a leak within 20 minutes he also checked the pressure to my home and it was at 100 psi. He explained that normal water pressure should be no higher than 75 psi and recommended a pressure regulator. He got the leak fixed and pressure regulator installed for a very good price. Richard showed up on time and was able to quickly clean out our pipes and get things flowing again using his hydro jet system. “Where to start? Had a bit of a leak issue. Noticed a puddle of water in my garage that was dripping from the ceiling. Ran upstairs turned the water off to the toilet. Called multiple plumbers and earliest appointment was the next day, you could tell it was closing time.Total opposite with Christian, he listened to my problem and concern and told me he would see if a tech was available. Within 10 minutes, he actually called back like he said. Along with that, he said a tech was available, but since it was after hours there was a flat rate. Before sending a tech out, he asked me to give him in detail again of what happened so if possible maybe we could troubleshoot and save time and money. Sure enough, Christian was on point! I ended up calling them back today to install a new toilet, and Alonzo and his brother Gil were prompt, professional and quick! Installed in less than an hour. Would highly recommend these guys!“
