“My husband and I were digging up the front yard to get rid of some roots from a tree that existed before we moved into this house and we bursted the main water line to the house.

I called Richard within the minutes after the pipe bursted on a Saturday morning and he promptly arranged an emergency rescue and the broken pipe segment was replaced within an hour at a reasonable price. As a bonus, the big root that we were trying to dig out was also got taken out.

“Fanti showed up to help us remove and replace a kitchen sink drain. The flange nut holding our old drain was stuck and we could not remove it on our own since the entire assembly would rotate instead of unscrewing. They quickly assessed the situation, got the old drain out with his tools, and installed the new one. While he was here we asked about the aging sewer line under our yard and he explained how no dig sewer repair works, fixing the pipe from the inside without trenching up the whole lawn. Good to know that option exists before anything gets worse. He was efficient, courteous, and very good about not leaving a mess. I would recommend them any time.“
