I've been relying on these pros since I purchased my home back in 2016. We unfortunately have had a quite a few plumbing problems that were left for us to deal with by the previous owners. Rooter & Plumbing Masters have handled almost all of them because of their responsiveness, their clear/no-BS assessments of the issue, fair pricing and exceptional quality of work. Just this past week my water heater broke. I called on Friday and Lee had everything fixed for me by early Sunday. He would have been done Saturday if it weren't for the rain. Nobody wants to call a plumber or drain tech, period.But when you do, I would recommend these very professional and hard working techs.They have all the tools and they make sure your problem has been resolved.They even offer to come out again with high tech cameras and other repair devices if your budget allows and never any real pressure to do so. Mostly suggesting a more permanent fix when tree roots etc have compromised your pipes.Thanks.

I must say that my husband and I are very impressed with the top notch service they provided. The fact that it was a Saturday and desperate to get our kitchen sink plumbing issue resolved, the owner Josh immediately sent someone over to give us an honest assessment of the problem. Lee came over, asked us questions, did more analysis, informed us the real problem,i.e., our pipe connecting to the sink is 99% covered in grease since the time it was built 100 years ago!! In the end, Lee gave us the best recommendation... we trusted his judgement!Lee is a very knowledgeable, professional, has work ethic, he knows his craft and did such an excellent job!
