Where to start? Had a bit of a leak issue. Noticed a puddle of water in my garage that was dripping from the ceiling. Ran upstairs turned the water off to the toilet. Called multiple plumbers and earliest appointment was the next day, you could tell it was closing time.Total opposite with Christian, he listened to my problem and concern and told me he would see if a tech was available. Within 10 minutes, he actually called back like he said. Along with that, he said a tech was available, but since it was after hours there was a flat rate. Christian was great! Gave us a time of 5pm and called to say he could take care of us earlier. Very quick and professional. This toilet install was done for my Mother who was stood up the previous day by another plumber. I will be reaching out to ASAP with our future plumbing needs.
A pipe broke over the holiday, on Friday night! The ASAP folks responded and sent in their team to fix everything the same day. A terrific company.
