He was on time, kind and cared enough to detect the issue!He was honest about the work including having to break flooring to get to the pipe but also provided some options of clearing the run off for now until the bigger issue can be addressed.He even took the time to fix the water heater issue I was having which caused only cold water to come out of one of my showers.It’s just heart warming to meet good people who don’t try and scam you out of money and actually take pride in their work. “TNT is outstanding! This was a GREAT experience. My regular plumber was out of town, but he very strongly suggested Tim at TNT Rooter/Plumbing. It was late in the day on Friday and Christine gave me the next available appointment. She was very kind and professional on the phone. Today Tim called to confirm with me and was punctual. Tim arrived with his "sidekick" Christine, and they were a dynamic team. I had a sink stoppage and Tim explained the least expensive and most efficient method of clearing the stoppage. He mentioned that if this method was not effective, it would cost a bit more. Very quickly Tim was able to clear the stoppage. This was good for me. As Tim was under the sink, he detected a leak, and said that he would need to replace a "broken" nut at the top of the kitchen sink trap. I didn't know what he meant, so he showed me what it was and he carried this part in his truck. Ten minutes later, everything was replaced, and the sink was draining and not a drip under the sink. Tim then told me what to do to ensure that I would probably not have a similar "sink stoppage" for years. Christine then "blessed" me with the invoice that had an unbelievably low price for this service call. I was truly amazed. Thanks so much, Tim and Christine.“

“I called plumbing buddies with a leak at my whole home water filter system. I called them and left a message and with in five minutes I got a call back I informed them of my problem and that I had attempted and failed to repair it myself and they said that they could repair it. Later that same day they stop by to give me an estimate. I was pleased with the price and they said they could be back the next day to repair as they had a client already scheduled for that day. They showed up on time and ready to work they were fast and the quality was excellent and they were very professional. They even made my whole system easier to replace in the future if it fails again. If I have anymore plumbing issues in the future I plane to call them back and I plan to recommend them to anyone who needs a quality plumber“

“We called Elite to come out and snake our main sewer lines since we have a reoccurring root infiltration issue.They were able to send out a plumber same day, unfortunately he was not the most experienced fellow and did not help our situation at all (I'll leave it at that).The same night we spoke to Elijah who scheduled a technician to come out the following day. Richard showed up on time and was able to quickly clean out our pipes and get things flowing again using his hydro jet system. “Another shout out to Ron Elser, Elser Plumbing - twelve years ago my daughter & I bought our older Glendora home - just by luck we called Ron Elser during a plumbing emergency & he has been servicing our home for these past yrs - today Ron was here to work on a clogged bathroom sink drain & it reminded me that during one of his last recent visits Ron installed a new water heater for us as old one was leaking; this was a big challenge because water heater was in an enclosed small closet in what used to be a laundry room & sat about three ft above floor - Ron had only a few feet to work with a wall right at his back - he had to remove old heater & then get new heater (that I asked him to order for us) into the closet; he showed us the rotted damage - No negative comments from Ron as he finished the job & took old heater to the curb for us.
