“My husband and I were digging up the front yard to get rid of some roots from a tree that existed before we moved into this house and we bursted the main water line to the house.
I called Richard within the minutes after the pipe bursted on a Saturday morning and he promptly arranged an emergency rescue and the broken pipe segment was replaced within an hour at a reasonable price. As a bonus, the big root that we were trying to dig out was also got taken out.
This isn't my first job with Richard. Every time, the job is done correctly, on-time, and professionally. I'm grateful to not just found my trusted plumber, but also a lifetime relationship with them”
