Prices have gone up on heat pumps/mini splits, but the work was clean and the crew led by Xavier was quick. Sales team/Estimator (Chris C) and the office staff are communicative and responsive, really the City of Berkeley was the only drag for us to switch out to electric heating, as they took many weeks to approve the Permit Application. This is a good company, the employees all seem to enjoy their work, they do a good job and clients get great perks with the CostCo relationship.

Kevin came out to address a follow up issue and was again yet another example of great customer service. It was really appreciated that Isabella at the office and the team in the field explain things and do a great job.

Alexa Martinez is very knowledgeable of Lennox heating and air conditioners. Very professional while telling me about the condition on my furnace while using pictures she has taken to show me what is needed.
