“We made the difficult decision to put our labradoodle to sleep. We called Restful Paws and they were able to get us an appointment with Karen the next day. It was nice to have one more night with our dog. The entire process was seamless from the very caring person on the phone to book the appointment to Karen's kindness. Karen explained everything as she was doing it, gave us the time and space we needed, and made the whole process as good as it can be. We were extremely impressed with how much detail and thought they put into the process. They had her name ready to imprint in a paw keepsake and when we brought her out to the car it was like her own little chariot with her name on a nice sign. The whole car was ready for her. Karen also tucked her in very nicely on the stretcher. They followed up with us and Karen sent a hand written note as well. Everything was perfect.“
“Koa has received the best care from Dr. Yang and his staff at Thornhill Pet Hospital since he was adopted 10+ years ago. They have always been kind, caring and responsive to all his needs--annual vaccinations and any ailments (including surgeries). Koa (and we) is/are very lucky to have found Dr. Yang and Thornhill Pet Hospital.“
“Thank you East Bay Veterinary House Calls - EBVHC for the house call to give Watson, Pilot and DOG their annual exam and shots. Very difficult as a person who is blind to take their pet dogs to a vet, guide dogs no problem but only 1/3 of mine are a working dog! Dr. Reid and staff was great. Not to mention the driving thing, so much less stress on the doggos! Now nap time.“

“I have one angry cat who hates everyone but me and a super nervous cat who is terrified of everyone but me. Both are seniors, and taking them to the vet was always a high stress event for everyone. Dr. Lee and the staff at Campus Vet have made the experience so much easier. They are patient and understanding and take incredible care of my kitties. I've been impressed with how transparent they are up front about costs, their unending patience with my terror cat. 10/10 would recommend.“

I really felt comfortable knowing he wasn't trying to force treatments or procedures that other veterinary clinics have done for wellness services upon us. He has a very caring nature with my pup and my pup felt very comfortable with both him and his staff. We look forward to seeing Dr. Lie and staff again as needed. Keep up the great work!“

“I continue to have nothing but the very best to say about Dr. Rockwell. She is absolutely wonderful with smalls. She continues to see Poppyseed, she performed surgery on Little Piggy (that was very successful), and very sadly, helped me with end of life care for Big Piggy. She is super knowledgeable about smalls (and those of us with smalls know finding a knowledgeable smalls vet is hard). You can tell she loves her patients and she is supportive and empathetic for us guardians. I recommend her to everyone! The staff there is great - and once when I had to see another doctor I felt equally comfortable.“

“I live in Brentwood and used to take my passed bulldogs here for all their checkups and emergency issues. After couple of years, a kitty showed up at our house and hoping to find vet nearby. There were some nicely reviewed high-tech pet hospitals by my neighborhood but I'm glad they are either closed or have a long wait time for new clients. Even though they only open every Thursday part time hrs, I was able to get an appointment to take my kitty for vaccination and checkup right away like the next week. The visit was easy as always. Highly recommend it!“

We recently moved from the East Bay to Marin however I will still take my animals to this vet office. Best most knowledgeable team of veterinarians best front office. Friendly and committed to good service best policies.. This is a general vet office that offers holistic options This team could also recommend some good specialist and I have other reviews for internist cardiologist etc.“

“This place is the best. So caring for our (somewhat difficult) 3 year old cattle dog since she was 8 weeks old. I’ve sent tons of panic emails over the years of various health scares whether we’re in town or away and they always respond promptly and really care. Grateful for all the people at Presidio Way!!“
“BCPH has always been so good to us.They respect appointments and run on time, they’ve taken us last minute for emergencies before, they communicate well, their billing practices are fair. They’ve always been a pleasure.My only thing to note is that in going to them for 2 years, we never once met a vet in person. I’m not sure if it’s a covid policy that was prolonged, but they do not allow people into exam rooms and the vet calls you to discuss results. This never bothered us because we didn’t have any serious issues of concern but I can see why other patients may seek a more in-person interaction.“
“This is the first time I've ever been to this office, because I've been looking for low cost on dental cleaning for my dogs, I found this awesome office in El Sobrante the reason why was because they had low cost for dental cleaning. The staff was outstanding helpful very clear. I was bringing one of my dog then I decided to bring my second dog. At my own Vet the Cost was outrageous for one dog. I had both my dogs done to make it clear, I paid for both dogs to have their teeth cleaned and I was refund 101.00 back plus they gave me toothpaste, brush, and mouthwash for each dog.I've never had that happen before. This was The best good decision I made. I got both my babies done the same day. It seems February and March is when veterinarians offer low cost dental cleaning of course if there's extractions or anything else it more money .I'm very pleased happy and excited . I recommend them highly the Dr.Diego Recinos is excellent. He took time to explain everything to me, and didn't rush me at all . My dogs were in good hands. Thanks to everybody in this veterinary office.I had it done today 3/13/24 They're awesome if I could give them 10 stars I would..again the staff was terrific. Thank you my babies are home safe eating and they're fine.“

We brought our cat in presenting pretty severe conditions after some ER visits that felt dismissive, and Dr. Atid immediately made us feel validated and also explained everything to us in great detail. She also acknowledged our urgency and forwarded us to a trusted doctor for further surgical procedures within 24 hours. Overall, GREAT experience at Cheshire Cat Clinic and we will definitely be coming here regularly for future cat vet visits.“
“I have had Dr. Doe at Nob Hill Cat Clinic look after my cat veterinary needs since the late 1990s. I find her to be very knowledgeable, and also communicative; she always answers my questions and also asks questions about my cats and their situations. And she is wonderful with cats...they can pick up on the fact that she cares. The office has just been remodeled and is very clean and nice. You can't do better than NHCC for cat care in San Francisco. Edit: Dr. Doe retired in 2022. Her replacement, Dr. Gonzales, is quite a bit younger than her, but is caring and seems knowledgeable.“

“So… see what had happened was… I’m awful at writing reviews but after today I just had to. There was a new tech that I’ve never seen before named Courtney (hopefully that’s spelled correctly). She was absolutely fantastic and made my whole entire day!! My two dogs have been seeing Dr. Fernandez for years at this point and I just want to say: If Courtney and Dr. Fernandez start their own practice, I will follow them to the ends of the earth and bring everyone I know that has a pet with me! Highly knowledgeable and bed side manner that generations will tell stories about! Love you both and thank you for taking such great care of my babies!!“
