They are very accommodating and they have an incredible staff. I love all the ways they accommodate us. They even offer text as a way to communicate without having to go in. We love them.

Grand Lake is the most caring and knowledgeable vet I have taken my cat (Ramona) to. When I took her in for an exam when she was having urinary issues, they explained to me the potential causes of her symptoms, the tests that would help us understand more, and the next steps. In past vet experiences I have felt pressured into paying for certain tests without understanding the value,that is never the case at Grand Lake. I always understand what I am paying for, how it will help in treating Mona, and what comes next. This is hands down. The best vet clinic in the Bay areaThat includes San Francisco Marin and the East BayI say this because every single employee has been exceptional starting with the front desk. The vet tecs our friendly and genuinely love the animals. The doctors take the time with you. They are super smart and good communicators + genuinely care for the animals.I have had animals all my life and work in rescue.
