“This review is overdue. I had my house treated by Solo for both subterranean and drywood termites 10 years ago. At the time, Solo was the only pest control company I spoke with that wasn’t pushing tenting — and based on my research, that was exactly what I wanted.

Since then, we’ve seen no further evidence of subterranean termites, and any new signs of drywood activity have been treated during annual inspections by Steve. Why am I confident these were real cases of new activity? For one thing, after 10 years of working with him, I trust Steve. For another, he always shows me exactly what he’s found and explains whether it is — or isn’t — evidence of termites. He also keeps records and has an excellent memory for previously treated spots, so he avoids false positives.

Hired to design and secure city approval in Lakewood, CA, BN delivered an architecture plan for a seamless open-concept floor plan by removing the kitchen–living room wall and concealing structural beams within the ceiling. Ben’s creative engineering halved the required beam thickness, allowing for a cost-effective recess of the beams into the ceiling that preserved aesthetic flow. The scope also included removing three windows and adding a 4' × 9' waterfall island, with all-new cabinetry and appliances. BN completed the plans on time and within budget. When my mother-in-law moved in with us, we needed to remodel our bathroom, transforming it from a traditional tub-and-shower setup into a modern standing shower. The project included several thoughtful design features such as a step for seating, strategically placed handles for easier entry, a high-end sliding glass shower door, and a recessed niche in the wall to conveniently hold soap and shampoo. Ali coordinated a team of subcontractors—including plumbers, tile installers, electricians, and painters—who each completed their work on time and to a high standard. Recently, we remodeled our home. The house was built in 1972 and needed a serious upgrade that included the kitchen, master and guest bathrooms as well as the master and guest bedrooms.

In addition, the driveway and rear patio required replacement.

To accomplish these tasks, we needed to hire a quality contractor who would give us a fair bid. We interviewed approximately 20 contractors until we met IGS.

We selected them because of their honesty, fairness and family business. We discovered that we made the right decision.

They were easy to talk to and always available to answer our questions. Maria took us to different businesses to help us select cabinets and fixtures to facilitate the remodel process.
