When my mother-in-law moved in with us, we needed to remodel our bathroom, transforming it from a traditional tub-and-shower setup into a modern standing shower. The project included several thoughtful design features such as a step for seating, strategically placed handles for easier entry, a high-end sliding glass shower door, and a recessed niche in the wall to conveniently hold soap and shampoo. Ali coordinated a team of subcontractors—including plumbers, tile installers, electricians, and painters—who each completed their work on time and to a high standard. Throughout the process, I was kept fully informed, receiving progress updates and photos, which demonstrated Ali’s dedication to transparency and accountability.

What impressed me most, however, was Ali’s response to a concern that arose months after the project was completed. I suspected a possible leak that could cause mold under the shower base and affect our kitchen below. Even though this issue was outside the original scope of work, Ali promptly sent his team to investigate. They inspected the attic, drains, and remodeled areas thoroughly. Later, the team returned with specialized cameras to inspect beneath the remodeled bathroom through the kitchen ceiling in a non-intrusive manner, confirming that everything was dry and in excellent condition. His willingness to go above and beyond, long after the project had been completed, speaks volumes about his integrity and dedication to his clients.

“My goal was to customize my old closet to suit my current needs. I saw multiple very good reviews online of The Tailored Closet and moved forward. Katelyn, one of the design team, was very amiable and dropped by first. Since I already knew what I envisioned for my new closet, Katelyn followed my lead and documented and sent me a graphic drawing to review and approve. The price quoted was within my budget and a good value after now seeing my lovely closet's outcome. The whole process just took 3 days. On day 1, demolition day, Sergio & Charles called ahead to inform me they were on their way and arrived on time. They were both so very professional, pleasant and kind. My project was on the 2nd floor, accessed by carpeted stairs. To my welcome surprise, they placed non-slip fabric stair covering to keep stair carpet clean. Such a great and novel concept and a real upgrade from plastic and duct tape I have experienced at prior, other projects. Banner beginning :)) Not only did Sergio & Charles complete demo in a very timely fashion, in doing so, not one paint chip occurred! I am so grateful for their careful attention throughout. “This review is overdue. I had my house treated by Solo for both subterranean and drywood termites 10 years ago. At the time, Solo was the only pest control company I spoke with that wasn’t pushing tenting — and based on my research, that was exactly what I wanted.

Since then, we’ve seen no further evidence of subterranean termites, and any new signs of drywood activity have been treated during annual inspections by Steve. Why am I confident these were real cases of new activity? For one thing, after 10 years of working with him, I trust Steve. For another, he always shows me exactly what he’s found and explains whether it is — or isn’t — evidence of termites. He also keeps records and has an excellent memory for previously treated spots, so he avoids false positives.

Hired to design and secure city approval in Lakewood, CA, BN delivered an architecture plan for a seamless open-concept floor plan by removing the kitchen–living room wall and concealing structural beams within the ceiling. Ben’s creative engineering halved the required beam thickness, allowing for a cost-effective recess of the beams into the ceiling that preserved aesthetic flow. The scope also included removing three windows and adding a 4' × 9' waterfall island, with all-new cabinetry and appliances. BN completed the plans on time and within budget. The city approved the plans with zero corrections, and throughout the two-month build Ben remained readily available. “Ritz Flooring Plus just finished the remodel of my kitchen in Aliso Viejo to include shaker cabinets with soft close, spice pull out and custom features along with a corian counter top and appliance install. A complete gut of the original kitchen which was long overdue. It looks amazing and is super functional. From the initial consult to quote to changes mid project, the team listened to what I wanted and provided guidance throughout the process. “A friend had recommended Inspired Remodels for our master bathroom remodel, and we were quite impressed with their team and how they operate from start to finish. Remodeling projects can be quite complicated, but their communication and scheduling process ensured everything went as smoothly and hassle free as possible. Joe, Jason, Colin, and Timothy provided excellent guidance and timely responses to our questions and concerns. Although it was not in their control, a handful of issues did surface with the quality of the products/materials we selected, but they did arrange to fix or replace without issue. There were a couple areas damaged in high traffic areas in our home, but again, they were on it. No finger pointing as to whether contractors damaged it or if it was existing damage. Take note you will be expected to purchase all fixtures through their company unless it is a product not offered by their vendors. This could end up costing you more compared to purchasing them on your own, but keep in mind they take on the liability if there are quality or delivery issues with the fixtures that could delay the project. In essence you are paying for peace of mind and also the time they take in making recommendations. Oh, and the finished product? What a transformation! Absolutely stunning!“

“10+ years ago Laguna Turf installed my neighbors turf. It's held up and still looks great. They've been responsive and addressed any issues that arose, even though they were minor. So when I decided to cut the hose I called them, got a sample and a quote. It was almost a year later that I finally decided to put it in. They didn't haggle about an expired quote, just scheduled and installed it. It was a tedious installation as we have stepping stones that needed to be surrounded. Still, no attitude just finished the job impeccably. I'm so glad we hired them.“
