“Tom came out to check out our raised foundation. He assessed and gave us some measurements. Luckily it wasn’t as bad as we thought and he was upfront and honest with us. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch and he didn’t recommend anything we didn’t need like other companies did!”
“We had work done from 2023-24, started with mfg home leveling including ALL new pier support replacements (I believe there were 41 piers in total), then on to the entire house completely new plumbing system, followed by a new hot water heater replacement and upgrading of a guest bath with new shower stall and flooring..each project was completed precisely, neatly, timely, with excellent communication and exceeded our expectations! I just went and read the prior reviews, and I have to agree; all of them highlighted the exemplary standards of service that they provide. Each team member mentioned went above and beyond for us, and I happily (and highly) recommend them whenever I can. It's great knowing that your team continues to provide the excellent service we received, and we can't thank you enough 🙏 😀”

He and his associate were polite, professional and payed attention to even the smallest details. I received quality workmanship at a reasonable price. I would absolutely use Stephanies Construction again for any construction needs.”
