I called Stay Dry Roofing, gave them my address, and Daniel came out to inspect and estimate the next day. He messaged me with a time window and showed up right on time. It sounds really simple, but not all contractors and roofers are that responsive and easy to work with. I explained a leak that I was experiencing that I thought was from my flashing, but Daniel helped me use a hose to verify where exactly the leak was coming from. Daniel climbed on the roof to do a visual inspection and was very transparent and thorough. He explained that the issue was probably from missing stucco and not due to the roof itself since the roof was in pretty good shape. Daniel was knowledgeable, honest, and explained the issue in a way that was easy to understand.
