Andy ( company owner) replied right away to my request early on a Sunday morning to help remove pigeons and a pigeon nest in my roof eave and put up a barrier so they wouldn't return. That was my first positive impression. Who replies on a Sunday morning ?!! Andy personally came to check out the situation and gave me an estimate at no cost. I'd received other quotes for the same job with much higher prices and more "necessary" work which I felt were beyond necessary. He sent one of his crew, Javier, to take care of the situation. They were very helpful and professional. It was easy to schedule a time for them to come by and of the extermination. After the first there were practically 0 ants for 2~ weeks. Then we have a dozen or so pop up here and there. They scheduled another service promptly. No more major sightings so far. Also given it's summer, I expect a few ants around the home just because it's hot.

I had a terrible incident with bee's. I discovered a beehive on the outside wall of my home. I called Bug Squad and Andrew aka Andy called me back immediately. He came out the same day and inspected the area. I definitely recommend Bug Squad especially if you are looking for a trustworthy company!
