My hot water heater cracked last weekend and Jose came that Sunday to see if he could fix it. It was obvious I'd need a new one. But my house is due for demolition in a few months, so Jose bought a used water heater that should last 6-12 months, which saved me a lot of $$$s. Installation was very reasonable, and he didn't charge extra for it being on a Sunday!All the plumbers from this company discuss and explain everything to me. “I had Armando replace my broken water heater back in January 2023, he offered the best warranty for the unit and labor compared to the competition. Last week, 13 months after the new unit was installed, the water heater broke down unexpected. Probably a defective unit, but a well known brand. Armando went above and beyond to complete the job on the scheduled date even through it was getting late. He honored all the terms of the warranty and was onsite to replace the unit the next business day. Amazing customer service! Thank you!!!!“
“So the Gas Company shut off my gas due to a leak on my side of the meter. So it is my responsibility. No hot water and you know the rest.Called Shamrock, I have used them before. They came out and assessed the problem. Monday morning a crew shows up does simply an amazing job. Dug out, cut pipe and everything.The problem was a rusted fitting. Not an easy repair, but they did it and perfectly.If you are looking for a group of hard working and nice people you can not beat this company. “I called Matt as I was pricing a simple straight forward job i.e. the replacement of a sink fixture and water supply valves to the new fixture. Other area plumbers prices I deemed excessive for a job that many handy folks such as myself could do on their own if they choose to.Oh BTW I contacted 6 plumbers and only 3 got back to me and Matt was one. Actually, he called back twice which was really cool as I was crazy busy at the moment and that was appreciated. That act alone showed me he wanted to work w me. In the past, I have found other tradesmen (emphasis on men) put off by the fact I am a knowledgeable handy person (woman) that likes to do some repairs myself.When I spoke to Matt he was willing to work with me and allow me to do some of the work thus cutting the cost down. I liked that he listened to my concerns and was flexible in the business arrangement. He also was cool when I bought the wrong valves for him to install-something I was extremely embarrassed about.Matt showed up on time, did the complete job, and left in record time.
