“Express Bath and Kitchens just helped us renovate a condo. The biggest job was to redo a bathroom. We also needed new windows and doors. There was work we wanted to do ourselves but honestly, if you are smart, just give your property over to Beth and Anthony and let them do it all. In addition to remodeling the bathroom, they allowed their subs to add on work around the unit to keep costs down. I told them our budget and they stuck to it. Anthony made very experienced and sensible recommendations on what we should fix right away and what could wait. For example, he suggested attic access and it is amazing! For the cost of putting a hole in the ceiling we now have access to our dryer vent, found and corrected some electrical issues and added much needed storage. Beth jumped in to help with designer choices on paint, tile and accessories. She was lovely to work with, supportive or gently guiding depending on the choice. Anthony dealt with scheduling his workers, permitting and HOA approval. He just took over and got it all done. He stayed on schedule, communicated daily and either he or Beth visited 1-2 times a day at least. We felt so spoiled and truly got everything done that we needed to. I highly recommend using Express Bath and Kitchens if you are anywhere in the South Bay.”
