Last week, my tenant suddenly contacted me saying that the toilet and the entire house's drainage system were completely backed up. We had been dealing with a drain backup from the pipe connected to our washing machine for several months, and it was causing a lot of stress every time I did laundry. We contacted Camco Rooter, and Eugene came out to snake the line. After seeing the issue, he contacted his manager, Cesar, who brought a camera for a more thorough inspection. Eugene performed the camera inspection with Cesar’s assistance, and they discovered that the original pipe was old and rusted and needed to be replaced.

My name is Rhonda and Cezar was amazing! My shower faucet exploded when we turned it on and water was gushing everywhere. This happened late Saturday night and it’s Memorial Day weekend. All we could do was turn the main water off in our unit & pray for a miracle. No water for almost 8 hours but then Cezar Rooter responded to my cries and was here in a few hours repairing my shower faucet. He was very detailed in explaining what needed to be done.
