My name is Rhonda and Cezar was amazing! My shower faucet exploded when we turned it on and water was gushing everywhere. This happened late Saturday night and it’s Memorial Day weekend. All we could do was turn the main water off in our unit & pray for a miracle. No water for almost 8 hours but then Cezar Rooter responded to my cries and was here in a few hours repairing my shower faucet. He was very detailed in explaining what needed to be done. I had a clogged kitchen sink that was causing a lot of frustration, but Isidro did an excellent job fixing it. He was professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly identified the issue and worked efficiently to get everything flowing properly again. He also made sure to clean up after the job. Good service; good price! Anthony put the snake 75' down my drain, and eventually had to put the spade on to clean out the roots. Given that I've got roots 😣, I will probably need them again in a year or so.
