My hot water heater cracked last weekend and Jose came that Sunday to see if he could fix it. It was obvious I'd need a new one. But my house is due for demolition in a few months, so Jose bought a used water heater that should last 6-12 months, which saved me a lot of $$$s. Installation was very reasonable, and he didn't charge extra for it being on a Sunday!All the plumbers from this company discuss and explain everything to me. Last week, 13 months after the new unit was installed, the water heater broke down unexpected. Probably a defective unit, but a well known brand. Armando went above and beyond to complete the job on the scheduled date even through it was getting late.
