I had Armando replace my broken water heater back in January 2023, he offered the best warranty for the unit and labor compared to the competition. Last week, 13 months after the new unit was installed, the water heater broke down unexpected. Probably a defective unit, but a well known brand. Armando went above and beyond to complete the job on the scheduled date even through it was getting late. He honored all the terms of the warranty and was onsite to replace the unit the next business day. Amazing customer service! Thank you!!!!

I used APS before, as a result of their quality work and response, it's why I continue to do business with them. They came out to check a rumbling water heater. APS followed up on its warranty and swapped the old for a new. I believe most other companies would have just tried to sell me a new one. Integrity goes a long way, but isn't found easily. Which is why APS will continue to be my go to plumber. Heater also works great now, 10/10 recommend warm showers.

I was looking into local plumbers for a leak in my parents shower and happened upon Armando's Plumbing page while doing research. I read the good reviews and gave them a call. A lady answered and let me know that free estimates/inspections are done Mon-Fri and that they were done for the day (I called Friday late afternoon). However, she placed me on hold and when she returned, she let me know Armando could come the following day in the morning and do the estimate.
