Karen in the office is very friendly and great at communication, be it phone, text, or email. We've had them out for a couple jobs and all of their staff has been timely, courteous, and informative. I appreciate that they always ask about shoes in the house, and they do a great job cleaning up afterward.

They were so careful not to let my cats out and to keep everything tidy. Fixed things right up for FAR less than my old plumber cost. UPDATE on previous review: I had another plumbing need, a pretty serious leak. Mike's came out and fixed the problem at exactly the estimated cost, which was a very fair price imo. Great communication throughout. Will be staying with Mike's for all my pumbing needs!
