With his experience and superb skill he demolish 100% of the roots using the snake with different cutting attachments. This saved a digging job that would have costed thousands. They finished in one day and did an amazing job! Prior to scheduling the work, Charlie came out and did a camera inspection and explained a few different scenarios to address the problem I was having. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and a really nice guy! This was an expense I hadn’t anticipated, but feel I picked the right company to do the work. Since that initial visit, he has visited my mother two additional times, for other plumbing issues, and I arranged these visits from San Francisco, where I live. He always keeps me informed of his progress, and my mother and I continue to be super happy with his work. As an example of Mike's honesty, his most recent visit required fixing my mother's water heater rather than replacing it. He suggested the fix (versus buy) route given my mother lives alone and he thought her 10 year old water heater still had a number of years of useful life. I really appreciate this honesty and knowing that he is going to take good care of my mother, even while I am at home in San Francisco. “I called around 4:00 PM to have my stopped-up tub worked on (we never used this tub since I bought the house 10 years ago, so we didn't know it was stopped-up). I was told that the plumber would be here in the morning. Next thing I know, I get a call from Sean and he said he could come over now. When he arrived, this project became an issue. Sean snaked the tub drain and the overflow drain, and the clog got worse. Now it wasn't draining at all. Nothing made sense since his snake was going through with no issues. We were thinking the pipe was very old and broke with mud clogging it. Sean asked if he could cut off the clean out cap that was behind the tub so he could snake the cleanout. We didn't think it would matter but we gave it a shot and Bingo Bango! He hit the clog with the snake and the drain is working well! That saved me from having them dig under the house to get at the pipes. I couldn't be happier! Thanks Sean!“

Although the issue at hand was a bit out of norm, the team found a resolution that was best for the problem we had and we are grateful. It was a job that had to spread over a couple of days, due to the fact we needed to get water detection service on hand to find the leak, since it was under ground. Once located the repairs were done quickly. I had requested for Jorge to do all the work, but due to scheduling and our need it was not possible, however Jorge came to give the final look to make sure we were satisfied.
