“Max D was the Technician sent to assess our water tank situation. He was very thorough, thoughtful, and great at explaining the situation and what kind of work would be required. He gave multiple options of how the job could be completed, which was great for me to see. Every question that I had, Max was able to answer in a professional and honest way.

We hired him to come back the next week to do the job. Despite a delay in the start time due to the tank not being available in one store, he was able to complete the job with great quality. Max was able to navigate some of the challenges with our set up being In a condominium on the second floor (no elevator).
