I live in Historic Torrance and my house and clay pipe sewer line were built in 1928. Over the last 95 years there was settling and root intrusion that had cracked, broken, and bent the sewer line. Some of the roots lifting the clay pipe were 3 inches in diameter and it was surprising that anything flowed through the line. Armando and his team examined the entire length of the line from my new clean out to the City sewer and made preliminary conclusions. Armando and his team were great. We recently purchased a home and were told by the original inspector that we needed to dig up the whole pipe and completely replace, including pulling permits to drill in a busy street. I called him on a Friday to get a second opinion, he was out on Thursday, did a quick scan and had a much more cost effective and less invasive plan of attack. His team then started the next day and was finished by Saturday. I couldn't recommend this company more for this type of work, super professional and easy to work with as well.
