Express Bath and Kitchens just helped us renovate a condo. The biggest job was to redo a bathroom. We also needed new windows and doors. There was work we wanted to do ourselves but honestly, if you are smart, just give your property over to Beth and Anthony and let them do it all. In addition to remodeling the bathroom, they allowed their subs to add on work around the unit to keep costs down. I told them our budget and they stuck to it. Anthony made very experienced and sensible recommendations on what we should fix right away and what could wait. For example, he suggested attic access and it is amazing! For the cost of putting a hole in the ceiling we now have access to our dryer vent, found and corrected some electrical issues and added much needed storage. Beth jumped in to help with designer choices on paint, tile and accessories. She was lovely to work with, supportive or gently guiding depending on the choice. Anthony dealt with scheduling his workers, permitting and HOA approval. He just took over and got it all done. He stayed on schedule, communicated daily and either he or Beth visited 1-2 times a day at least. We felt so spoiled and truly got everything done that we needed to. I highly recommend using Express Bath and Kitchens if you are anywhere in the South Bay.
After trying a few other chiropractic clinics in San Pedro my husband recommended that I give this place a shot. I met with Dr. Sanders who was lovely and took his time explaining things to me, which I appreciated because honestly it always seemed weird to me that a chiropractor would just adjust you without asking for a history of injuries and really taking their time to find out what your challenging areas are. Jeremy at the front desk was so sweet! I was having some pretty bad neck and back pain so they squeezed me in on Saturday for a massage. Ashley was my massage therapist and she was AHMAYZING. She checked in with me for pressure preference and really seemed to just know the areas I needed worked to relieve my pain. Long story short this place is a gem. I will not have to look anywhere else again! Highly recommend.

Among other concerns, I asked about weight loss, she gave me 3 simple habits to try out and expected 10 lbs. down by the end of the month (this was early January) I was FLOORED when before Jan 31st I was down 12 lbs. cannot recommend enough !!!

I request for window cleaning inside&out, jet-spraying the walls of the house, solar panels, rooftops, gutters, for twice a year so my house looks new all year round without dusting. Lovely sauna, cold plunge, and relaxation room stocked with a great selection of teas and small snacks. The oceanfront views are beautiful, and the pool area has plenty of shaded spots and comfortable places to lounge. You also get access to the gym, which is small but well equipped, with a yoga studio overlooking the water. I like to roll the bike to the patio for my workout.
Overall, the spa services are a bit pricey but it’s definitely worth it for a special occasion or a truly relaxing retreat.

I went for the first time Saturday Lizette is such a sweetheart such a good personality and I absolutely love the way my hair looks and feels ! Loved it so much I took my daughter a few days later and I fell in love with the salon the staff was so nice to my daughter and my son that was being mischievous and Lizette made my daughter very happy with her haircut!
My partner and I haven't been here in a long time. We booked a couple's massage a day in advance. When I walked into the shop, I was pleasantly surprised. ? First, there was a new owner—a very warm and patient lady. The shop was extremely clean, with no harsh lighting, only soft warm tones, and a subtle fragrance filled the air. As I lay on the bed, her hands were wonderfully warm, and the pressure of the massage was just right. She knew exactly which areas to focus on to maximize relaxation and the pleasure of the massage, effortlessly easing all my muscle tension.
After the session, she even gifted us complimentary hot stones, which felt incredibly soothing. When it was time to leave, I was reluctant to go and wished I could have enjoyed it a little longer.
I felt completely relaxed, and so did my partner—he was beaming with a smile and hugged the new owner. ? I will definitely recommend this hidden gem to my family and friends, and we'll be back for another massage next week! ?

Lilly is the best ever!!! I got there late in the day with my grandson. Lill took both of us and did a wonderful job. My grandson is very particular about his hair, and is always happy after getting it cut by Lilly. I always get the cut, shampoo and massage. I always feel like a million bucks after i leave.
