Dr. Ching has been my optometrist for several years. He has always provided excellent service. Yelena’s customer service has been invaluable in maximizing my vision insurance plan.
Had Dr. Ching as my Doctor since I was 12 years old and now I’m 24. Grew up in a Rancho Cordova, lived in LA for a while, now actually live away from Rancho Cordova and still make the commute/drive to see Dr. Ching for all my appointments. Helped take care of me when I had my contact lenses all the way up until I had Lasik done and still checks up on me. 5/5 Doctor 5/5 Customer Service 5/5 patient care 5/5 staff 5/5 office!!!
It was a great experience! The staff are very nice and friendly, Angeli and 2 other young ladies that I wasn’t able to ask their names. Dr. Stephen is the best. I got more than what I paid for compared to my previous optometrist that I paid more. Dr. Stephen is very friendly and knows his job very well.
