“Came here to this location because the location closest to my house had a 3 hr wait time. I was checked in and walking out with a prescription in less than an hour.

Doctor was very efficient and helped me drain an infection in my neck and gave me antibiotics to help as well. He seemed very confident in his plan of attack for my infection and made me feel comfortable.“

“I give five stars when I love a place so much and I know I will return to. I switched to this location recently from the Genesee location. Even though it's farther away from me, the place is amazing. There's lots of free open parking, the medical building looks amazing, but most importantly, I love my new doctor, Dr. Gore! She's patient and really listened to my concerns well. She took her time with me and I didn't feel rushed at all. Dr. Gore really cares and I felt heard. It's a one stop shop for lab, radiology, and doctor's visit.“

“This service is great for quick appointments. We utilize this place when we need vaccines or to be seen for minor things like an ear ache. Instead of going to a large full kaiser this makes it easier and faster.“

“Dr. Lombardi and nurse Daisy are the absolute best!! Caring, attentive, and funny personalities. Being an overweight dark-skinned black woman (yes, it matters) adds a special level of anxiety when going to a doctor's office. I've never been afraid to voice my concerns or ask questions. I've always been taken seriously and treated with respect. I highly recommend this team! As far as the office: plenty of parking, always clean, coffee cart outside, most services you'd need are in the building, nice staff all around.“

“I'm shocked to see these negative reviews. We have had the most amazing experience with Mebe. I have personally recommended them to so many different people. I was referred to them by a former employee who told me that they were the best company she has ever worked for. That was important to me because I didn't want someone who was unhappy at work to be taking care of my son. When my son first got diagnosed with Autism my insurance was trying to get me into Mebe but we got no response. I later found out my insurance company didn't have the correct contact information for Mebe. I reached out to Mebe frustrated about the situation and the owner called me immediately and got us taken care of. Yes, we have had several behavior technicians over that last 2 years but its because our Bt's have completed school and gotten promotions or moved into a different career that they went to school for. Being a BT is an entry level position in this field. No one stays in an entry level position forever! I feel the negative reviews talking about numerous behavioral therapists is totally unfair and they are totally ignorant as to how their profession works. Mebe has totally changed my son's life and mine. In addition to my son's therapy they have done parent training sessions which have been extremely helpful for me to learn what my child needs from me and how I can best support him. We have had an amazing experience with and we highly recommend them.“

“This review is for John in the optical shop. I had a prescription request for a pair of very complex shaped sunglasses I had. He took the time with me. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and attentive. He was very honest and upfront about the time it could take to receive the deliverables. I finally got my sunglasses and they are stunning. My prescription will take a little bit of time to get used to as expected. I am thrilled that he went above and beyond to ensure that these sunglasses could be worked on. Thanks John! Also, the young lady who helped me when I picked them up was wonderful too!“

“Beautiful facility, but on when you are on Medicare, you still need in-peron visits to your primary MD in order to get referrals to specialists. All I wanted to do was make an appointment with a gastroenterologist to establish care and seek another opinion of a current GI problem. I hoped to have a gastroenterologist closer to home. It seemed simple enough. Instead I was told by the specialist's office that I needed a referral from my primary care MD. I messaged my primary care MD to request a referral and stated the reasons why. Instead, I received an message to first make an in-person appointment with my primary care MD. (Are they kidding?) I called my primary care MD's office and was told that it is standard practice at SHARP to force patients to have visits with their primary care doctors before a referral is granted. I explained that I have MD-inflicted disabilities that severely restrict when I can do things, and that if I have to make a primary-care-MD appointment every single time I need a referral to a specialist, I will have to stop seeing SHARP/Sharp Rees-Stealy specialists and take my care elsewhere. Life has to be about more than constantly going to doctors when it isn't even needed as some rote matter of protocol. Maybe it is some presumed way for them to save money---if the primary care MD can solve the problem, then no need for a specialist. I don't know. Otherwise, I have been happy with my primary care MD. (Scripps is NOT like this, and I wish SHARP/Sharp Rees-Stealy would take Scripps' lead on this matter of protocol.)“

“I've been here twice and it was a good experience both times. The people providing care are excellent and it shows that they value patients. The only negative I experienced, both times, was the person at the front desk. Very grumpy like they hate their job and doing you a favor. Otherwise, the nurses and PAs have been great.“
