20 plus years ago, in the heart of a community that was supposed to be built on trust and faith, a tragedy unfolded that would forever alter the course of a family's life. I came to this Sorrento Valley location for my dreaded flu and COVID shots. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the whole process and experience. From making the appointment to the easy-to-find and convenient location (just off Mira Mesa Blvd.). The receptionist and nurses were friendly, helpful, and caring. The whole experience took less than 15 minutes. Hopefully, there will be minimal side effects. So far, so good.

Melina, Gianni and the other tech working the Lab here today could not have been MORE LOVELY!Professional and kind, they helped me clarify a paperwork issue very quickly and got me all taken care of. After going to a different location and having a bad experience that actually made me get up and leave, they gave me the information I needed and were very efficient and professional. Above and beyond they were so pleasant to deal with and took care of my needs. Thank you for your service and lovely smiles!
