I typically do not complain but I had a recent poor experience at the pediatric health express yesterday evening. There hours are till 8pm and my wife called ahead as I rushed over to ensure we could still be seen if we arrived before 7:30pm. I arrived at the desk at 7:24pm with my 4 year old who had an allergic reaction all over his body and was turned away from their care even without even considering our situation. They did not even care to double check with anyone and said they met their quota for the night and to go to urgent care or virtual appointment. Disappointed with their lack of customer service.

Dr. Lombardi and nurse Daisy are the absolute best!! Caring, attentive, and funny personalities. Being an overweight dark-skinned black woman (yes, it matters) adds a special level of anxiety when going to a doctor's office. I've never been afraid to voice my concerns or ask questions. I've always been taken seriously and treated with respect. I highly recommend this team! As far as the office: plenty of parking, always clean, coffee cart outside, most services you'd need are in the building, nice staff all around.

Came here for a mammogram as my primary found a lump. Just wanted to say that I had Bridget as the person to do the test and she helped me through the process. omg she was amazing! Thank you so much Bridget for being amazing and working with me and my anxiety. Exactly what I needed to help me though this process. Stay amazing and I hope you continue to help others like me for a long time!
