The reception team has received some mixed reviews, with some patients finding them rude and condescending, while others have praised the excellent service they received from Brandan and Elle. The doctors and nursing staff at this facility are highly regarded, with patients commending their helpfulness and attentiveness. Additionally, the MRI/Radiology department has been praised for its excellent service, with Ron and Julian making patients feel comfortable and guiding them through the process.
This place is always friendly, fast, and clean. The staff are nice and helpful, and everything is usually pretty efficient. If you’re going in for urgent care, you’ll probably have a bit of a longer wait, which is understandable. Other than that, I’ve always had a good experience here.
On a positive note, this building is state of the art and feels very upscale. Even the gowns are nicer than other places. Receptionists are kind as well and nurses do their best to be accommodating. That being said, I am not thrilled about the quality of care I have received here.
First, I was dismissed coming to the urgent care here back in October after being sick for over 10 days-all they did was test me for strep and say “I don’t know, maybe it’s a sinus infection” then recommended I purchase a nasal spray. I begged them to do something to help me feel better and all they did was give me a steroid shot that barely helped.

I visited California from out of state and ended up with a broken body part. I agonized for a bit about going to any hospitals because of the wait to be seen for a big city and the possible interaction. In the end I decided to go here, and besides my primary doctor I would choose this place every time. Every person I interacted with had personality, knowledge, and tremendous amounts of empathy. On top of all that I was out of there with in an hour. I loved every second of every interaction. You have gained a long time out of state fan!
