    Such an amazing atmosphere and space to recover in. Everyone is so nice and caring. Dr.Lahood is so knowledgeable and supportive.

    Several months ago I herniated a disc in my back lifting something ridiculously to heavy for me. I visited several doctors, the emergency room, put on crazy pain killers with only major surgery as an answer and I was left to exist with extreme back pain, nerve pain down my leg and cramping in all the muscles of my legs from the nerve compression in my spine. I wasn’t living I was existing. I couldn’t be a mother to my daughter, I couldn’t work, I couldn’t sit, stand or lay down without pain.
