“Yes it was a long wait, but it happens. Everyone was so kind, and listened to what I needed. Not a normal ear infection kind of visit.
The doctor was exhausted I am sure .. it was the end of the night. She listened to what I was requesting, took her time and followed through with my request. She never rushed ... I felt listened to ... only bad thing! It was freezing in that room!

“I was looking for a place to go because I had injured my arm. I was kind of nervous to go into this place because I've never been there before. When I walked in it was a nice waiting room and the person at the desk greeted me. Check in was fairly simple and I didn't wait too long to be seen maybe to 10 minutes. The practitioner actually took time to listen to me and explain possible options to my treatment which I appreciated. We then decided agreed which treatment will be the best and we moved forward in getting that done. I will definitely return to this place if I need urgent Care.“

“This was my first visit at Integrative Urgent Care they provided excellent Service from the Front Desk, X-ray Tech, Nurse & The Doctor everyone was kind explain everything in detail. The office is very clean . Hope I don't have to come back, if I do need medical help it will be here.“

They need more Dr’s on staff or at least a temp pool when a Dr that’s scheduled can’t make it in. When I was finally seen, Dr. Anne S. was very helpful, got me 3 medications and a stat X-ray order for my possible acute bronchitis.“
