The center is credited with providing exceptional 24/7 care. The optometry department is praised for its expertise and patient care. Dr. Ferreri was an excellent eye doctor who kept everything easy and funny. He was so kind and easy to talk to about eye issues. The staff is nice, attentive, and willing to answer questions. The staff and every department are very polite and very willing to help out no matter how long it takes. It's always very clean and they are very professional and the waiting time is not that long. Patients are immediately evaluated and met by the kindest and most thorough physicians.
I've never had a problem with kaiser since I've know they are one of the BEST . My problem was when my son was addmited to the ER for high fever and legs pain . One of the nurses which was a male took my son to his room in a wheelchair I DONT KNOW if they don't read the charts why the patient is in there for but you supposed to READ pt chart read the notes . He was inpatient he raised his voice to my son bc my son couldn't walk to the bed so my son was giving all the work to the nurse well he got mad for that and I was in shock bc WE NEVER SCREAM at pts and more if they are children HAVE PATIENCE that was one the 2nd was the last nurse that was taken care of my son bc we saw several awesome staff even 1 specific nurse that put my son's IV like a PRO he made my son feel comfortable in a best way . The other nurse try to put IV on my son for the 2nd time in the other arm he did not know what he was doing and I am SURPRISE kaiser hires this nurses this nurses are the ones that kills patients ! He missed the vein so he started fishing DO U KNOW HOW PAINFUL THAT IS ? then he gets the needle out and start looking again for the vein and I told him YOU CANT USE THE SAME NEEDLE IS CONTAMINATED ALREADY he stop then he decided to do an EKG . The needle dropped to the floor it actually jumped out my husband was on that side thank God it didn't poke him and I told my husband becareful with the needle ... once the nurse decided to do the EKG he left my son with the touriquet on I THE MOTHER HAD TO REMOVE IT from my son's arm .. I am a CNA AND A MA come now I never saw his tag so idk if he was a RN never saw his name bc his Iinformation I could only see the back of it . I hope he was not a student . A CNA came over and did the 2nd IV on my son and she only poke once and perform the job . Just becareful some nurses are awesome bc they have the PASSION to help others but other nurses only do it for the money and they do a mediocre job!!
Dr Ferreri, in the Optometry Dept at Kaiser Permanente, Ontario was excellent eye doctor. He kept everything easy and funny. He had good patience with me as his patient, kept putting my glasses back on at every turn. He was so kind and easy to talk to about my eye issues. Thank you, Dr Ferreri, for choosing to be a great eye doctor. There was no wait time and all the staff there was nice attentive, and willing to answer questions about glass assisted by Janis Garcia. Janis was that excellent extra ordinary customer service rep. She assist me in getting the glass and making sure I was clear on all payment process. They had a sale on glasses, and she informed me on all sale items. Thank you, Janis, again for all your help.
I was not feeling well at all and went to Kaiser Ontario Urgent Care check in and immediately evaluated by the RN and rushed over to the ER were I was meet and seen by the kindest and most thorough physician Albert Amoani who not only intently listened to my problems and concerns but put me as a priority and ensured I was examined to determine what I was dealing with. I had prayed that morning to be taken care of by an angel and I was gifted Albert. His tender way of treating me but also others was a welcome experience for any patient. Albert had a stellar and competent healthcare professional approach that genuinely helped me but others too while ensuring it is not just a job or title but a way he chooses to treat all. I am so thankful for Dr. Alberts team from the lab to radiology and the nurses I just want to say thank you from the bottle of my heart and if you are wondering if there are still good doctors serving patients there are in Ontario ER. If you find yourself seeking help in the ER ensure you get treated by Albert as his loves for what he does and is evident and Kaiser you need to know one of the best decisions you made was hiring Albert Amoani Physa and I truly hope you allow him to continue to do what he does best, treat patients as people with problems he can help make feel better. Thank you Albert, you are amazing~
