Bea is absolutely beautiful inside and out. She really cares about her clients and takes her time to perfect your brows. I had the Ombre Powder Brows done and initially was very nervous because I had never had any type of tattooing done on my body before. I got tired of spending so much time filling in my sparse brows every day, year after year and decided to take this plunge. She was so patient with me and my irritating perfectionism! She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and her office is really cute and very clean. Her prices are also very reasonable and it's easy to reach her through text messaging. If you're like me and are used to looking at your face in a magnified mirror, I suggest bringing one with you to your appointment because it helped me to see all the details as she mapped everything out on my face and helped to really fine tune how my brows turned out. This review is way over due. I call in a panic back in December after my hairstylist had to cancel my appointment. Being so close to the holiday I wasn’t very hopeful. Cynthia offered to squeeze me in the following week. Which was amazing considering it was 2 weeks before Christmas. The salon is so welcoming and relaxing. On my first visit I had a root touch up and a blow out. I was so happy I decided to book Cynthia for when I needed a Root touch up. Then she went over the best products for my hair. I have thick curly long hair. My last appointment we did a root touch up and soft honey highlights. I received so many compliments on my hair. I couldn’t have been happier with my new do.
Andrea May Gonzalez was my hairstylist! She was absolutely amazinggg! She saved my hair after I tried at home bleaching and dying it (don’t do that) and she literally brought it back to life at got me as Close to the hair color I was previously trying to get! She is an absolute sweetheart and gives you advice to take care of your hair and is a really great listener! Very understanding! I’m so glad I found her by accident I couldn’t go to school with my hair looking crazy and she fixed it ! She is a true angel ??? I will show the before and after of her amazing work!

Susan is the best! I'm 43 years old and I've been to countless barbers over the years. When I say Susan is the best I mean I won't let anybody else touch my head besides Susan. She cuts mine and my two son's hair and it's never a doubt we'll get a great haircut. She has effortless talent and a great personality. Me and my boys won't go to anybody else. Sharp is such a great shop with a really cool vibe! All the staff are really friendly. I'm really happy I found this place.

Thank you Kim for the beautiful gel manicure with a pretty leaf design for Fall! I appreciate how this nail salon provides fingerless gloves during gel manicures, to protect your hands & skin! I have also gotten pedicures here previously and was satisfied with the experience and results. I called for an appointment around 11:30am on a Tuesday and they were able to take me right away. It started to get a little busier around 12:15pm during lunch hour. This place is cash only but they also take Zelle. Place is clean and service is friendly.

I had a very comfortable pedicure today on a Friday. Not busy, able to be seen right away. The average price for area. It was the little things that set it apart: quiet and calm, air conditioning (104 outside), comfortable chair, very clean. Noticed and cared for a nail that would have become a problem later; corrected the color I had chosen from the chart as it appeared different. I was not paying attention so I'm so glad she noticed. The chairs have a support where you place your feet, that comes up and holds your leg comfortably while they scrub the heels and feet. I've never had this before. A very nice job and I was out the door in 45 minutes. I will be back.
Very clean establishment and super friendly staff . Angel did my pedicure and she did an amazing job very talented free hand painting a design I requested , she even chose the color pallet and she was very gentle on my toes that are very sensitive .

Came here on a whim during a girl's day, and they took use both for manicures as walk ins. They don't have a ton of staff, so it took awhile to get through us both but they did a good job and were very friendly. The salon was clean and bright as well. Pleasant atmosphere without too much frills:)

They worked so hard today. I came in on a busy day. Even if I waited a bit, they came a reassured me and made me feel comfortable. They was no moment of judgement or rush. When I got sat for a pedicure she took her time with me and was so gentle. Then my manicure. I may have kept her after hours but she did amazing, even if I was picky, she didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. She took her time had great conversation. Truly the best experience I’ve had at a nail salon, also I left happy with pretty great nails. Definitely will be my new spot

I am a retired gentalman who has been seeing Lety before Covid. Boy did I miss getting my flattop haircut during that shutdown. She gives me the best flattop haircut, better than when I was in Tennessee. Recently I've been getting a lot complements from women, young and old, and men on my haircuts. So much that I went back with a Sees gift card in appreciation for her talant.
We have known Talyta for a long time, maybe 8 years now for my oldest to get her first haircut. She is an amazing, patient, and talented hair stylist! All of my children 10, 8, 6, and 4 love visiting Ponytails to play and get their haircut. Even my 8 year old with highly sensitive scalp doesn't mind getting her hair touched and cut by her. The play area and pony chairs are so fun and welcoming. Talyta is so warm and loving and we all just adore her. She makes sure that each of the children tell her how they want their hair cut and happy with it. It's like visiting a friend for the day. I even get a treat by getting my hair done as well! It is well worth the drive and planning to bring my family here.

Ladies do not walk RUN to the Hello gorgeous salon in Pleasant Hill. Clearly the highest caliber of service and techniques are used in this salon today. Caley has been doing my hair with color and it's fantastic. Yesterday I had Rosie do my extensions and they're tremendous. If want to look good and feel good book your appointments now. They are extremely busy and that is for a reason. I'm a 64 year old grandma of six and I feel awesome!

I’ve been going to Kashmir for years for waxing and I can’t recommend her enough. It’s the best quality waxing I’ve had. She has attention to detail and makes the process less painful than other places I’ve been. Kashmir is super friendly and easy to talk to so it’s always a treat catching up with her too. Her new facility is cute, clean, private, and well-stocked. She even offers packages if you want to order a handful of appointments. Highly recommend!

I needed a new esthetician after mine left the area. I found Pari and I'm so glad I did. The salon is conveniently located in PH and there is ample parking. She shares a space with a lash artist, but each have their own room and there are no distractions or disruptions. They have a nice restroom for customers too. Her room is large and cozy. The ambience is spa like and relaxing. Pari has a larg collection of Eminence Products, which are organic and amazing, though she doesn't pressure you to buy them. I started using the product and love it.
Her prices are extremely reasonable and the quality of product she uses is top notch. Pari is professional, kind, knowledgeable and reliable. I have never felt judged by her. She always gives me amazing facials and my skin looks great when i walk out. I've had experiences at expensive salons where they damaged my skin; i have never had that issue with Pari. For the last 11 years I've been going in there twice a month but a couple of weeks ago I had the worst experience in that area the tube #11 were using it was really dirty the people that was there before us they were using oil so the border of the water in the bathtub it was black slippery .i tell them and even I call the next day to let them know our experience ,I never have a call back from them even they asked me for my phone number and they never call me

The blower motor broke on my Carrier Infinity furnace and they were able to get the motor the next day in Concord and changed the unit for me in Oakland. It was also covered under warranty even though they did not do the initial installation. When it comes time to change the unit I would use them.
Steve was super helpful and was very clear in the issues with our dryer. He outlined our options for us which was greatly appreciated.

As an Interior Designer who is very familiar with various surfaces and the care they require I am thrilled to have discovered Dave and his family! Dave very promptly came out and provided me a quote to clean and repair the marble in my primary bathroom. This marble has been exceedingly well cared for until I had Appleby's come to clean and seal it a few years ago. They absolutely ruined it! My once lovely marble that never had any issues became an absolute nightmare to maintain and try to clean. It looked worse than when they arrived and Appleby's had to come out three more times to try and bring it close to what it looked like before they started the job!
Anthony came out and worked all day on my bathroom. The grout looks incredible! The marble looks like new! I am so pleased with how everything turned out. Anthony was very professional, an absolute delight and highly skilled.

We had dry rot under my home office. Wasted timbers, wet crawlspace, poor ventilation. Cash and the team gave us an accurate quote, and then did the work. It went faster that I expected, and they did a fantastic job! They paid attention to details, and did the job right. The workers showed up as promised, did their work, and cleaned up the site. I took my 2yo daughter to Pediatric Dentistry if Pleasant Hill this morning and it was an AMAZING experience. The facility was sooo adorable, the dental assistant (Ana) gave us a tour of the whole place while explaining everything, the doctor (Dr Helen) was greeting kids and saying goodbye as they left and both the doctor and the assistant went out of their way to explain everything and show my daughter every tool. They went above and beyond with treats for my daughter, the goody bag, goodbye toy, ballon, toothbrush choice, etc…. They also had clearly read all of the documentation I submitted. They asked about siblings and provided a toothbrush for my 8mo as well. If you’re looking for a dentist, it was truly a magical experience and I’m so relieved we found someone that will be a good fit for my highly spirited daughter (AKA if she doesn’t want to do it, we’re going through a hell of a fight). My daughter loved it and I know she’ll be excited to hear we get to go back in 6 months.
This was my first appointment and Rosie the hygienist was very thorough cleaning my teeth and setting me up as a new patient; and Dr. Hoang explained in detail the results of X-rays and the condition of my teeth and gums.
The office staff is friendly. I didn’t see the dentist. I rarely do. The hygienist was thorough but didn’t speak to me about my dental hygiene or the x rays that he took. It was an odd visit and maybe my last.

The office manager Natalie was so warm and professional on the phone and so efficient in getting my daughter and I an appointment to see Dr. Ibarra and was also amazing to us when welcoming us into the clinic! The hygienist Ruth was so gentle and thorough while working on my teeth and Samantha the RDA was so gentle and amazing working on my daughters teeth. Dr. Ibarra is so personable and has a terrific bedside manner. The whole team was amazing from start to finish, I highly recommend!

I was suffering from terrible pain in my lower back and hip after a fall at work. No one was helping me—not even workers' comp or a previous chiropractic clinic I had visited. That other clinic told me my treatment would cost $5,000 for 4 months. I felt devastated and frustrated, with no one to turn to, and the pain I was experiencing—day and night—was unbearable.
Then a friend recommended Dr. Rob, and I can honestly say he is a lifesaver. From the very first visit, he identified what was wrong and resolved it. I walked out of there completely pain-free! I felt so incredibly happy—I can’t even describe it.
What truly stood out to me was Dr. Rob’s honesty. He told me clearly that although I felt much better after the first session, I would need about 3 to 4 more sessions to fully recover. That level of transparency and professionalism meant everything to me—especially after being told elsewhere that I needed months of treatment, and that my conditions was very bad.
I truly thank God for still placing angels like him on earth who help us relieve our pain. It's really sad that other clinics seem only interested in money, but here I felt truly cared for. Dr. Amber adjusted me today and it was one of the most relieving feelings I have felt in a very long time. My back has been locked up and it is not anymore. My wife and I have been going to Caponio Chiropractic for a few months now. I went from extreme pain, to no pain. I still go in every so often for regular adjustments or the occasional Ring Dinger just to insure my body continues to stay in pain free mode. I have been to several other Chiropractic offices, only to leave unimpressed, as most don't take the time to give a FULL adjustment. Dr C uses the correct amount of torque I require to get the adjustment just right. In addition to all of that, I find him to be an outstanding human being. Dr Woolf is professional, patients and provides customized care for his patients. He's one of the best NUCCA doctors I've met and I feel truly blessed to have found him. My symptoms have improved significantly after only a few weeks treatment with him, and he wants to genuinely see me improve. He only want you to see him if there's a true need, unless some other doctors who want you to go back every week to make more money.

The whole team, including Dr. Geraldine Mulhall, Dr. Jennifer, and Nolie, are incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Mulhall is an expert in her field of pediatric Chiro and pregnancy, teaching at a local school for over 12 years. I brought my Shih Tzu in because he had swallowed a pill that my mom dropped on the floor. Chloe and Ingrid took great care of Milo as well as the doctor. They immediately gave him eye drops to induce vomiting. Staff for all very friendly and made me feel comfortable that my dog would be getting the best care possible. They kept him under observation for about 6 hours. Great experience, highly recommend Diablo View Vet.

I have had an extremely large, tight, and painful tense muscle in my lower back for years. Nothing including past massages helped. Cody has somehow found a way to coach this muscle into relaxing. Over time it has become less and less painful especially right after he has worked on it. Best place for treatments.

Amber gives the best massages! She is so very skilled and such a calming presence. I had regular massages with her during my pregnancy. When I was past 38 weeks and approaching my induction date, I asked Amber to attend to labor pressure points, and sure enough, I went into labor naturally that evening and had a wonderful birth experience, avoiding medical induction. I’m certain that the unparalleled level of relaxation she created during the massage was the key. :) I am now having postnatal massages with Amber which are equally soothing, and I look forward to them so much. Amber always has the best advice to give on everything pregnancy and postpartum body care too. She’s just the sweetest person too! If you’re looking for a very knowledgeable massage therapist in the Bay Area, can’t recommend her enough.

I would give more stars if I could! This was my first time going to acupuncture (although I've been to see Maria 6-7 times, now), and I went for severe pain my feet caused by neuropathy. I "believed" in acupuncture but since I don't fully understand how it works, I was just hoping it would sort of... do something. Dear reader, my feets are worlds away from where they were! I was incredibly numb with burning, also prone to stabbing pain, I broke my toe last year and didn't even notice, I've been searching and search and searching for shoes (sandals have been out of the picture for about a year). Enter MARIA! She is knowledgeable, really dug in to understand my symptoms, and has worked to put together a very effective care plan for me. After the firs time I saw such an improvement that if that was my feet for the rest of my life I would have been so happy! And it keeps getting better! I don't have enough good things to say. I've been recommending her left and right. Earth and Air, as a business, is also wonderful. Their office manager, Laura is friendly, helpful, informative, etc. The office is pretty and calming, you can book online... I love this place. Go here.
