I had a great experience at Flamingo today! I booked via text and they were super responsive and got me in within the next hour. I got an absolutely beautiful gel manicure for a great price. The technician really took her time to make sure that my nails were how I wanted them and I appreciated the time she put in to make them the shorter length that I wanted. They have a huge selection of colours and I’m so happy with my choice! Thank you ❤

They worked so hard today. I came in on a busy day. Even if I waited a bit, they came a reassured me and made me feel comfortable. They was no moment of judgement or rush. When I got sat for a pedicure she took her time with me and was so gentle. Then my manicure. I may have kept her after hours but she did amazing, even if I was picky, she didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. She took her time had great conversation. Truly the best experience I’ve had at a nail salon, also I left happy with pretty great nails. Definitely will be my new spot

I used to go to the Walnut Creek location, until I couldn’t get an appt. (They are also always very busy). It was suggested I try the Pleasant Hill location and I’m hooked. First, you get to avoid downtown traffic and finding parking (that you have to pay for). The PH location is huge, clean with plenty of free parking and I haven’t had an issue getting an appt yet. I also think they have more colors to choose from and my latest nail design is adorable. I love the WC location and I love the Pleasant Hill location even more.
