“We were referred to 4G. Upon contacting and leaving a voicemail over the weekend, we received a prompt call back and went over a day to come by. We needed treatment for ants and mosquitoes. Since we have a baby, we opted only for treatment outside. Within a couple of days, the ants that we were trying to get rid of with Terro traps inside, were all gone and no longer in the house. Mosquitoes disappeared as well. Michael was very communicative, prompt, and transparent. Appreciate the service and effectiveness.”
“Truly Nolen is an unusual name for a business but they are more than just a name. I’ve had service from this office since I purchased my home in Oct 2021. They show up on time, provide excellent service every time, and my assigned technician,,Tim, is pretty much like family at this point. He & I have a great relationship and I trust Tim’s knowledge and they is always doing what is in my best interest, not what makes the most money or giving the minimum effort and expecting the max rewards or appreciation! I will absolutely hire Truly Nolen again, but it’s likely I’ll just try to bring Tim along if or when I move to a different service area. Until that time occurs, I’m a Truly Nolen, Truly Team Tim! He deserves a raise and a batch of homemade cookies for all he does for me in performing his duties and for all he does that goes above & Beyond! “We’ve been using Pacific Coast Termite for a few years now for annual termite inspections and rodent (rats!) control. No issues on the termite side—they’re responsive, thorough, and quick to come out if we think we’re seeing activity between annual visits.<br><br>We also hired them to deal with rats in the attic. They inspected the house, sealed the entry points, set traps, and came back several times to check on things. But after our handyman found a fourth dead rat—after Pacific Coast had already declared us rat-free—I used our warranty and asked for a reinspection. They came out right away. Turns out the previous inspector hadn’t done the job correctly, so the supervisor stepped in, handled everything, and reinspected the entire property. Since then, we’ve been rat-free.<br><br>Pacific Coast's pricing is fair, and they do make things right when something slips through.<br><br>One thing I’d love for them to update: the payment process. They’re still mailing paper invoices where you write down your credit card number or send a check—or you call and read your card number over the phone. It’s 2025. Please give customers an online payment option.<br><br>Overall, we’ll continue using them. They’re solid—and they stand behind their work.”
“Rodent Free just completed the work in the attic. They remove the insulation, sealed the whole house, clean up, set the traps and did follow inspections. After succesful inspections, they install the new insulation. They also provide 5 year warrantee and cost was reasonable. Andrew is awesome to deal with. The crew was very respectful.
