Have had this service for many years. They call ahead to remind of standing appointments. The technicians always knock on door to announce their arrival, are polite, thorough, ask about any current problem concerns. Have had no problems since they started. Our current guy is great! Highly recommend!

Was able to get an appointment quickly. Dave is very knowledgeable and professional and treats your home as if it was his. 5 years ago I had some work done and for the most part, that area is clean. This company does excellent work and will be having some additional areas treated within the next week.Had the treatment done. Warren was very professional and accommodating. He spent some quality time at my property and treated all the areas noted on the work order. Workmanship was great and he went the extra mile to ensure everything was done properly. We originally called one of the big guys at Terminix. They came over and after a quick check just automatically recommended fumigating. It would be tough for us to leave our house for 2-3 days with pets and a baby. When we called Kilter they did a more thorough inspection and recommended localized treatment which allowed us to stay in the house and it was 1/3 the cost of fumigation. They were very professional, courteous and very easy to work with.
