We have used Pacific Coast Termite for many years. They always do great work. When one of their service reps indicated they would not come out to do a free inspection under warranty, the owner called back and insured me they would and would take of any findings at no cost.They are honest, hard working and do a great job. You don't need to look any further for a good Termite company.

We had the best experience with this company, especially after another company, was a disaster and tried to rip us off. Pacific Coast was easy to schedule with and the guy showed up on time. He was honest and we didn’t feel like we were being sold a lie to create a big work order. We made the repairs indicated and they didn’t even offer to do the repairs because they were so booked so we used a different company. But then they came back to inspect the work and they provided us with the escrow clearance. Very happy we worked with this company and I would highly recommend them if we need termite work in the future.

I had my home treated in 2022 by Pacific Coast Termite. Since then, I saw what looked to be a new infestation. Gave them a call and they came right out, found a small, new infestation, and took care of it under their fantastic warranty. These guys are honest and they do quality work. I suggest you go with Pacific Coast Termite if you like dealing with reputable people/companies. Thanks Miguel!
