Very reliable. I've been using them for several years now and haven't had any ants in my house since I began treatments. Living in CA can be a pain sometimes because the summer heat brings the ants in. Actually, I had an infestation in bushes on the outside of my unit before treatment and couldn't get rid of them. Thank God they are staying outside where they belong an off my property.
Today I had an inspection completed by Nikolaus B. and was very happy his services. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He spent time to listen to my concerns and really tried to help resolve my issues. I would recommend him again for any future work!
The inspector, Eric Aguilar, and technician who did the subterranean treatment, Daniel, were both amazing. I got a good feeling about the company when Eric came for the inspection so I decided to hire them for the service.
Daniel the tech he did such a great job. He explained everything, and he really took pride in his work. The job involves drilling many holes around the edge of the house, but he made sure they were done cleanly, with care. You can tell he really likes his job and wants to do his best. He could have just rushed through it and done a botch job because it wasn't his own home but he did an amazing job.
