Excellent and Timely Response I was so happy that Rick was able to come to my house quickly. He was very thorough and informative about the mystery noises in my attic from the prior night, determining it was a visiting raccoon. Fortunately, it left and there was no damage. Rick suggested closing access to my attic via three air vents on the roof by sealing the openings with mesh. He returned two days later and quickly completed the job. The office is customer- centric with a friendly and accommodating receptionist. They provided timely arrival alerts and the system generates receipts immediately. Rick was the man! Had a small rodent issue come up and they were able to get me in quick. Rick was knowledgeable and courteous with my requests. He also seemed genuinely happy to be there helping me out which is huge for me!
