“We started using Prestige Pest Control after dealing with a pretty bad ant problem in our kitchen and backyard (they were coming in through the sliding door and even around the sink ?).

From the first phone call, they were super easy to deal with. The office actually picked up right away (which is rare these days), and they got us scheduled within a couple days. I think the girl I spoke with said they’d do an initial inspection + treatment and then follow up if needed.

The tech (I think his name was Mike or Matt?) showed up right on time, which I appreciated. He did a full walk around the house, checked the perimeter, the garage, and even under the sinks inside. He pointed out a few entry points along the foundation and near some small cracks by the back patio that I never would have noticed.

He treated the entire perimeter, sprayed around doors/windows, and put down some bait in a few key spots where the ants were trailing. He also knocked down a couple spider webs around the eaves and garage while he was at it, which was a nice bonus.

Within like 2–3 days we saw a HUGE drop in activity, and after about a week the ants were basically gone. We’ve had maybe 1 or 2 random ones since then, but nothing like before.

What I really liked is he explained what he was doing and why — not just “spray and go.” He also gave us some simple tips (like keeping the area by the slider dry and sealing a small gap) that honestly made a difference.

Pricing was fair — not the cheapest quote we got, but also not crazy, and it actually felt worth it because the problem got handled the first time. No weird upsells either.

We just had them come back for a follow-up service and everything still looks good. Planning to keep them on a regular schedule now.
