“I used Evict once again! I suddenly had a roach problem after a few new neighbors moved into the building. Chris spent time thoroughly inspecting my condo and found the root cause of the issue (not something the bigger companies did when I called them). She then created a customized treatment for my specific issue and worked her magic. She even advised me on specific precautions to take with my dog so that she didn't inhale any chemical smell (the products Chris used weren't toxic, but dog could smell things I couldn't). She even applied a little psychology to help calm my nerves - I hate bugs! After the treatment, Chris followed up a couple of times to see how things were going. I have not seen ONE roach since she serviced my unit - something the bigger companies couldn't achieve. Evict provides results, and fast!!! I highly recommend this company. “International Termite was recommended to me by a friend who is a realtor. I called and they came out to give me an estimate. For the scope of work being quoted, I felt I was given a fair price for fumigation and the repair of a window sill and the replacement of a side garage door. The gentleman they sent to do the repairs prior to the tenting did a great job. Royalty Fumigation was subcontracted to do the actual tenting. They arrived earlier than scheduled on Friday (they called to be sure it was ok) and got to work. Robert was the foreman and was very patient with me. He answered all of my questions and even found some things I forgot to remove. His crew was quick and efficient. I appreciated their use of lockout/tag out locks on the doors, which helped keep my home secure. The crew was back earlier than expected on Monday morning and were once again quick and efficient getting the tents off. They were very careful with my patio, just like I asked. They also made sure to replace fence boards that they had removed to fit the tents. My yard is once again secured for my dogs. International even took care of scheduling the gas company to come and turn the gas off and on, which was one less thing for me worry about. All in all, my experience with International Termite was very positive. Big home maintenance projects can be very nerve wracking, but Angela and her team did their best to make this as easy as possible.“
