K-Termite was very professional from getting the estimates and tenting to repairing my termite ridden deck and balcony. At first I thought the repair estimate was high, so I asked them to come back to explain the cost. They came back and explained everything to my satisfaction. Preparation for tenting was throughly explained. Within 2 weeks of the process, I had lots of questions about the contract, repairs, tenting prep and process. Joshua indulged me with patience and kindness (I know I got on his nerves lol). I was/am pleased with how everything went and highly recommend K-Termite.

Repeat customer, same great experience!This is our second house for which we worked with K Termite to do the fumigation. They were very punctual and thorough, even though this house is pretty far out of their typical coverage. The owner even stopped by himself and delivered the plastic bags for our packing. The Gas turn on/off was scheduled seamlessly also. If we ever move again and are in need of termite treatment for our next house, we'll definitely call K Termite.

He arrives on schedule and provides a detailed assessment of what is needed on a Pest Control Report as well as a fair price for the job. His team takes care of informing the occupants and coordinating with the Utility Companies as well. He just completed this fumigation Job of our duplex (2 separate houses) investment property in Torrance. Great job K-Termite ?!!!
