I haven't had CURA service my home yet, so this review is based on my experience with their customer service. Matt came by to explain the services they offer, and he was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I've been dealing with an ant problem in my home for a long time, and CURA seems to offer solutions that could really help. Based on my interaction with Matt, I'll definitely be reaching out to them when I'm ready for service.
So this was my first time using CURA pest control, so it’s a little early for me to say whether I’d fully recommend them or not. That said the technician was great, very friendly explained the service he was performing and answered all of my questions. Excellent customer service, and a professional experience.
