My father and I re-roofed, but the owner, Jody, not only gave my father a I a couple tips, but also made sure the inspection was complete before we began re-roofing. We ended up having Mr. donahoo and his team complete the re-roof. (It was too much for us). Have them give you a bid; it will be both competitive and thorough.“

“Having a home with a tile roof pushing 30 years old, problems are going to come up. These guys have been my go to roof repair company for years now. There are thorough, do great work and give knowledge based expert advice. A few years back I had a leak that they repaired and while doing so Powers advised I should move the gutter down spouts that drained from the top roof to my lower level roof citing the likelihood of a future leak. Well, it took a few years but they were right. They have since done the repairs and I had the down spouts moved. Had I only listened years ago when they told me about the downspouts…. lesson learned. Highly recommend these guys!!!!!!“

“Alex Perez and his team did a great job replacing 80+ cracked tiles, cleaning out the clogged valleys and making our roof water tight! In addition, we asked that they replace a few fascia boards that showed dry rot and they completed and painted those as well. His team was quick to respond to questions and also provided before and after photos. The work was finished in the expected 2 days and paying was easy with a quickbooks link. We would absolutely refer Alex and his team to our family and friends.“

Nationwide, Sun purchased the permit and negotiated with PG&E to install a maximum-capacity system.

My solar system was installed as designed and on time. One exception was storage. The system was designed to include batteries, but I honored their suggestion to wait to install storage batteries. Competitive efforts to improve battery technology will increase future capacity at a lower cost.

“We have their HVAC maintenance plan and they come out twice a year to service the unit. The guys that come out are always very efficient and explain everything. We also just had our AC go out in 100 degree temperatures and they came promptly to fix it.“

“Although I was not a good candidate for solar, I still want to leave a review. Prime home solutions reached out to me after I entered my information on EnergySage and promptly made an appointment the following day at my request. I was teamed up with Mike who came to my house on time and gave me multiple scenarios to see if I would be a candidate for a solar and battery addition to our home. Instead of a 10 minute visit to say why I was not a good candidate due to many trees surrounding our house, he entertained my ideas of what if I cut down all the trees, which my wife WILL NOT AGREE WITH, Mike still provided detailed assumptions, and the UGLY CONs. Mike was honest, very knowledgeable and reiterated that adding more panels, more battery packs was not fiscally sound. As much as I was wanting to install solar, he said that the increased cost of doing so would not be beneficial and warned of other installers that may do it, knowing that there is no benefit for me in the long run. I highly recommend them cause there is no pressure tactics and just an honest company with honest employees. I have attached an email that I received from Mike after he left and I asked him to provide me the cost analysis for reference and just in case I decide to go ahead with solar against their advice. They are a small family-owned and family-run roofing company here in the Sacramento/Placer county area and everyone I interacted with at this company was just a gem.While we hired Jones Family Roofing in 2023, our story goes back to 2017. Especially Arturo.Accommodating and Very nice to work with in all aspects.I have gotten multiple bids to have my roof done.. 2 of them were just outrageous.I got a bid from Mike., And it was a good price for good material. And reasonable install price..Time and material un-determined of course, Who knows how bad your roof is underneath it?Mike came out, had it all torn off.,. Then they started, 2 days to put a roof on. Had the inspector come by the next day?, Pass with flying colors.( mike was on site lots of times)If I was going to have a roof done, Which is an extremely large job.I would have Mike and company. “Called Tim Jones to have them look at my roof -- I hadn't had anyone up there in over 10 years. Of course there were issues -- missing and broken tiles, the builder did not run the tiles all the way to the edges, and there was some dry rot on the eaves. Ricardo and his crew came out and spent two days on the job, including installing the Valley Armor system on the valleys. After they were done, Ricardo then made sure I was happy with it. I recommend this company.“
