In addition, we asked that they replace a few fascia boards that showed dry rot and they completed and painted those as well. I was teamed up with Mike who came to my house on time and gave me multiple scenarios to see if I would be a candidate for a solar and battery addition to our home. They installed 2 drop down sun shades and a fan (both of which I purchased separately) as part of the job and they assist with making the patio very comfortable. It's like having another room!
