We could not be more happy with the customer service and support that we received from everyone during our process. Unfortunately the last bad storm ripped off multiple shingles on an 4 year old roof. We had quotes from two other companies one which said we needed a whole new roof. The other company wanted to charge us almost 3 times the amount we were quoted with Loveland Roofing. They were honest and transparent. On the day of the repair they realized the shingles did not match in color, with another storm coming they fixed the roof with the incorrect ones and came back out to correct the job at no extra charge.
