Especially Arturo.Accommodating and Very nice to work with in all aspects.I have gotten multiple bids to have my roof done.. 2 of them were just outrageous.I got a bid from Mike., And it was a good price for good material. And reasonable install price..Time and material un-determined of course, Who knows how bad your roof is underneath it?Mike came out, had it all torn off.,. Then they started, 2 days to put a roof on. Auburn Roofing installed a new roof 5 years ago. Great job. This past weekend we had a roof leak during a very windy storm. Called and left a message on Sunday and they sent Arturo out on Monday. He lifted and caulked the flashing but told me the leak was most probably not roofing but between the siding and window. He proceeded to caulk all around the window even though that was not their responsibility. Great customer service. And before he came off the roof he even took a blower and cleaned the entire roof.
