The amazing hard-working crew at JLS did a beautiful job on a home, replacing dry rotted door, installing metal frame and replacing stucco. They also took care of the rest of the dry rot and painted the exterior. Jordan, the supervisor, informed of mold between bricks and wall. Steve, project manager, and the crew were able to find the source, fix and replace all flashing, bricks and interior wall, even adding a metal plate for extra protection. The team ensured every piece of the large project (drywall demo/repair, plumbing, flooring, painting, electrical) was more than up to par. The guys were amazing, including Phil, Gus, Efren, and Ray.
The work JLS has provided to us through this process of remediation has been thorough and of the highest level of professionalism. All details have been explained to us as we go through this process, which has helped us to understand what is being done and why. I had some interior repairs that needed to be done. It consisted of window sills, brickwork and vertical columns that needed repair from water damages caused by a leaking window system. The window system was going to be replaced by another vendor, but I still needed the repairs done. JLS did a great job on the repairs to the sills, resealed the brickwork under the window sills and also sealed the vertical column as well. They also painted all the repair areas, now everything looks like new. Since JLS deals with emergency situations and repairs they seem like they had a handle on the situation.
